No, you don’t need to weigh your laundry. We’ll weigh it for you at pickup and let you know the total before cleaning.
Yes. We cannot clean leather, suede, fur, or heavily soiled/damaged items. For those, we recommend a professional dry cleaner
No sorting is needed- we’ll take care of that for you. Each customer’s laundry is washed separately, so your items are never mixed with anyone else’s.
We use cold or warm water for most loads to protect fabrics and colors. Hot water is used for items like towels, bedding, and heavily soiled laundry when appropriate. If you have special preferences, just let us know.
Your first order!
Place your laundry in a bag (trash bag, tote, or basket). We’ll return it folded in a fresh, clean bag. If you’d like, we can provide reusable bags for future orders.
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Same-day or next-day service may be available upon request (additional fee may apply).
Yes! If you have extra laundry ready at pickup, just let us know and we’ll weigh and include it in your order.
Everyday clothing, towels, and bedding can be laundered (wash–dry–fold). Items like suits, silk, wool, or delicate dresses should be dry cleaned. If you’re unsure, ask us at pickup—we’ll guide you.

If you have a special item (delicate fabrics, uniforms, etc.), contact us in advance. We’ll confirm if it can be safely laundered or if it should be dry cleaned elsewhere.
All laundry is processed with care at our facility/home-based setup, using quality detergents and equipment. Your clothes are never mixed with other customers’ laundry.
